What do you mean by “vegan leather”?
When we say vegan leather, we mean the upper is animal-free.
Our “vegan leather” is a premium microfiber. It’s chosen to feel soft, look beautiful, and be easy to wipe clean.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Yes. We offer easy exchanges with a store credit of $110 (for example, if your order was $100, your credit will be $110).
We also offer easy returns, and your first ever return is on the house.

What is the breathable mesh made from?
Our breathable mesh (used in the inner lining and on the top layer of the insole) is 100% polyester. We use it because it’s lightweight, breathable, durable, and quick-drying.
Is the insole removable?
Yes. The insole is removable, and it has a mesh top layer to support breathability. It also helps the shoe air out and stay fresh.
What glue or adhesive is used in the shoe?
We use a polyurethane adhesive alongside stitching for reinforcement and durability. It is animal-free/vegan.
Are Rafferty’s Shoes PFAS-free?
Our upper materials have been independently PFAS tested by Intertek. The report lists multiple PFAS substances (including PFOS, PFOA, PFHxS and related compounds) as ND (not detected above the lab detection limits) for the tested upper components. The tested construction includes glue in the sampled upper parts.
Can I order based on the age range on your Size Guide?
No. The age range is only an approximation to give you a general idea.
Every child’s foot grows differently, so please measure before ordering to avoid exchanges.
