Rafferty’s Shoes – Shipping Policy

We ship our barefoot shoes from Australia to customers in:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand

All orders are sent using Australia Post or another reputable courier.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on the next business day.

Dispatch usually occurs within 1–5 business days.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

During busy periods, sale events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times (Australia)

Standard Shipping (Australia)

  • $10.00–$15.00 flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping (Australia)

  • $15.00–$20.00 flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, public holidays, courier delays, or peak periods.


3. International Shipping

Standard International Shipping

  • From $30.00 AUD flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch
  • Some countries may incur higher shipping rates depending on location

Important for International Customers

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for international orders
    Please choose your size carefully.
  • Local customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in our prices.These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

If you provide a mobile number at checkout, the courier may send you SMS updates or delivery options depending on your region.


5. Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, Australia Post may:

  • Leave it in a safe place (if you give authority), OR
  • Redirect it to the nearest Post Office for collection

Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you choose ATL, the parcel may be left unattended at your address.
This is at your own risk.
We cannot replace parcels that are scanned as delivered by the courier.


6. Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Weather events
  • Peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
  • Regional or remote location delivery schedules

We cannot refund orders due solely to courier delays.


7. Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears lost, please contact us at hello@raffertysshoes.com and we will assist you in lodging an investigation with Australia Post.

A parcel is considered “lost” only after formal confirmation from the courier.
