To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be:

  • In the original box
  • With all packaging, tags, accessories, and inserts
  • Without signs of wear (creases, dirt, marks, odours)
  • You have 14 days to initiate the returns process after receiving the product

Anything that looks worn, tried outdoors, or damaged will be declined.
