30 days. Full refund. No fuss.

We know buying shoes for kids online can feel like a bit of a gamble.

So take your time with them.

Let your little one wear their Rafferty’s for 30 days - around the house, at the park, at kinder, wherever life takes them.

If they’re not loving them, send them back and we’ll refund you the full amount - even if they’ve been worn.

No complicated forms. No awkward back-and-forth. No tiny-print “gotchas”.

We just want you to feel good about giving Rafferty’s a try.

How it works

1. Choose your pair.
Pick the colour, choose the size, and if you’re unsure, our sizing guide is there to help.

2. Let your kid actually wear them.
Indoors, outdoors, at kinder, at the park. We want you to see how they feel in real life - not just for five minutes in the living room.

3. If they’re not right, just message us.
Email us within 30 days at hello@raffertysshoes.com and let us know what didn’t work.

And if you’re happy to tell us why, we’d genuinely love to know. It helps us keep making Rafferty’s better.

4. Send them back.
We cover the postage on your first return. We’ll send you the label, and you can pop them back in the mail.

5. We’ll refund you.
Once the shoes are back with us, we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What’s covered

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong fit
  • Not what your kid expected
  • Change of mind
  • Genuine defects or damage

If your little one has worn them, walked around in them and decided they’re just not the pair for them, that’s okay too.

We’d much rather you send them back than keep a pair that isn’t getting worn.

And hopefully, we’ll get the chance to find them a better fit next time. 💛

What’s not covered

We can’t accept returns if the shoes have been:

  • Kept for more than 30 days from delivery
  • Damaged beyond normal wear - deep scuffs from concrete, chewed by the dog… you get the idea
  • Sent back without contacting us first

If you’re outside the 30 days and something has genuinely gone wrong, please still message us.

We’re parents too, and we know things aren’t always perfectly straightforward.
