It started with a sharp pain in my own foot. In my 30s, I was active and healthy—or so I thought. But years of wearing stiff, narrow shoes had reshaped my body without me noticing. That moment sparked something in me. When I became a mum, I saw the same patterns in children’s footwear: too tight, too stiff, too trendy.
I couldn’t find what I was looking for, so I built it. With feedback from experts, help from a seasoned shoe designer, and real-world testing with fellow parents, Rafferty’s was born. Our barefoot shoes are shaped for movement, free from harmful chemicals, and made to last longer than a growth spurt. We’re not here to be loud. We’re here to be intentional.
Because kids deserve shoes that support their every step, not get in the way of them. And parents deserve products they can feel proud of, built with values they believe in.
