We have always struggled to find shoes for my sensory seekers. Both my 3 & 5 year old approved of these as soon as they tried them on which so rare!! My girls just look more comfortable & free wearing them which makes me feel so much better as a parent.
My 5 year old rated them a bazillion out of 10 after wearing them whilst tree climbing. Highly recommend, will be reordering at the next growth spurt.

5stars in every way. Customer service was above and beyond with incredibly quick responses to all of my queries regarding sizing. I have a 3.5yr old with a high instep and regular shoes which were causing his toes to bunch. I was apprehensive about buying something online and then getting Mr. Independent onboard but after the first full day of wearing his new shoes to Kinder (where they got a thrashing) he came home and was so happy. They've officially been bumped up to his favorite pair of shoes and it makes me happy that his feet and toes now have space to move. Will definitely be buying again. We also received some socks as part of the purchasing promotion and i have to say they are sooo thick, soft and incredibly quality. We will be adding these to cart when buying the next pair of shoes.

Amazing shoes. Particularly love the insole which has the guide for where their foot sits and when it’s time to size up - soooo clever! My son won’t take these off 🤗

I would recommend spraying a protective spray on them before using as the suede does get quite dirty easily but with the spray seems to be going ok 😊

Great colours that go with every outfit! My daughter wears this everyday and it makes me feel good that we are supporting her development with barefoot shoes.

Absolutely love these! Such a cute design. I find it hard to find barefoot shoes that are still cute and trendy looking. A lot seam ugly. But these are absolutely adorable!! Super flexible foot, and my 22 month old can put them on herself. They are perfect and will come back for more in the future 😍

Out of all the shoes Sage has, these are the ones he always reaches for like every single time 🥹 which says a lot because you know how picky little ones can be!

Oh, the hours I’ve spent trying to find shoes for my toddler’s perfectly imperfect little feet, that actually have a wide toe box, are flexible, zero drop and don’t cost $150 plus shipping from overseas. Rafferty’s do exactly what they “say on the tin” and their design is so gorgeous and well thought through. I love the retro sneaker style, the speckled sole, the cork detailing and the little tag at the back. I also love the elastic laces, the Velcro across the top for adjustability, and the removable insole with the indicators.
What a relief to have found a brand where all I have to think about is what colour the little fella would like. Thank you Shabnam!!!

I got these for my youngest son and my only complaint is that they don't come in sizes big enough to fit my older two kids! Which I guess I completely understand as foot development happens in the early years, but gosh - these shoes are just so comfy! I feel like I'm doing the right thing in giving my son's feet the right shoes so their gait and movement can develop properly but selfishly my favourite feature is the velcro. As a mum of 3 it's just that extra five minute it saves me in the morning and gives my little one more independence to get ready on his own - love them!

I’ve looked through so many products, and not only are these shoes functional, but the design is so beautiful.

When you look closely, you can really see the difference. The subtle mint-colored line adds such a nice touch, and unlike the usual rounded toe, the square toe with its gradually widening shape follows the natural form of the foot. The tiny ventilation holes and the structured outsole design also stand out.

You can tell how much thought went into details you just don’t see in other kids’ shoes.

My daughter always wants to wear grown-up shoes, and she absolutely loved that these look like a stylish grown‑up pair. And beyond that, the fast replies and great communication make me want to buy from them again.

Wow where do I even start?! These are the most beautifully designed shoes I've seen! My daughter is only 4 but I can see her toes curling inwards from all the shoes she has been wearing that are far too narrow! Not these ones though.. The sole is super flexible and there is actually space for my her toes to move. Her eyes lit up when she saw these and she'll be wearing these to school every chance she gets and all through winter!
